Cancel your Experience reservation

Have your plans changed? You may be able to reschedule for another date or time, or you can cancel your reservation.

Not to worry: Once you start the cancellation process, you’ll be able to review any refund amount before you finalize the cancellation.

To cancel your Experience reservation:

  1. Go to Trips and click the Experience reservation you want to cancel
  2. Click Change or cancel
  3. Under Cancel my reservation, click Next
  4. Select your reason for canceling, and click Continue
  5. Click Cancel my reservation

You’ll get a message to confirm the cancellation. If you’re eligible for a refund, you’ll get it within 10 business days. Find out more about when you’ll get your refund.
