State Park is 15 minutes. It is along a quiet street in residential area Nestled in the pines in our back yard. Room for parking a boat. We are 3/4 mile off the Hwy 431 that goes through Albertville and Guntersville. Outdoor tables & benches for you to enjoy during your stay. Private yet close to restaurants.

Magical Mountain Retreat with Vintage Charm

Our second home is a mix of mid-century modern and "cabin in the woods." It sits on 2 heavily wooded acres and backs up to a mountainside with rock outcroppings. The main living area (living room, dining area, and kitchen) is raised about 4 steps, and the bedroom and bath areas are on the main level. There is one large bathroom with a shower. There is an electric fireplace surrounded by ledge stone in front of the u-shaped built-in sofa. There is abundant reading material & 2 TV's.

This is the third and newest unit on this property. It's located over our garage and has access through the garage so guests do not have to enter the main house to get to this unit. It contains all the amenities listed here and has access to the pool and basketball court just like the other units.

This lake view cottage is walking distance from Civitan Park, Brown's Creek launch, a Mexican restaurant and a grocery store. The driveway is accessible from the road and alley, which makes it ideal for parking up to three pick-up trucks with boat trailers. It has two TV's, one in the living room, and one in the master bedroom, plus high speed WiFi. The screened porch is furnished and provides a great spot to relax and enjoy our wonderful north Alabama evenings!

Now with WiFi! This little white farmhouse is full of country charm. Built in the 1920s, it has just been recently renovated. The house sits on the edge of our family farm beside a field. A barn/pond sit nearby. The house is 2br/2ba with a living room, kitchen with essentials, dining room and laundry. An air mattress is available upon request. There's a porch & back deck with swing, charcoal grill & small fire pit (must bring charcoal, lighter fluid, wood, etc).

Located off the beaten path away from the hustle and bustle, we are only 10 min off of Interstate 65. Drive time to Madison 25 min. Drive time to Huntsville 30 min. Drive time to Decatur 15 min. **we are updating the bathroom in January 2022. There will be a tile shower, but no tub anymore **
