studio spacious bright calm balcony

My apartment is situated in the trendy “Prenzlauer Berg” neighborhood. The apartment is on the 1st floor (Amer. 2nd), facing the quiet inner yard, well lit through two large French windows. The view features a restored factory and studios. The studio area is 40 square meters in size, contains a double bed, a mini kitchen containing everything to chill and cook. The studio has a lucid corridor and a luxury bathroom containing a shower and bathtub and underfloor heathing. The entire apartment is 60 square meters in size and tastefully furnished, mixing modern and classic design notes. Fast internet is available. The neighbourhood is very well liked and one of the trendiest in Berlin. Bakeries, coffee shops, bike rentals, public parks and a supermarket are in the immediate vicinity. The world renowned “Mauerpark” with its many attractions and flee market (on weekends) is 15 minutes by bike. The street is nonetheless quiet, situated between two large boulevards, with fantastic public transportation to the ariports as well as other central landmarks, and quarters, such as Alexanderplatz, the East Side Gallery, Mitte, Friedrichshain etc. You can walk to the Kastanienallee und Alte Schönhauser Allee, two hip shopping boulevards. A lot of young people live here, I am sure you will love it!

Real break and pure nature for solo travelers and couples. Ideal as a peaceful place to work creatively. Surrounded by forest and meadows, the bungalow is located with a magnificent panorama from the sun terrace. This includes an extensive garden/forest of 1,200 sqm. In this natural paradise you can see and hear the forest dwellers with your eyes open eyes and ears. Deer in the evening on the meadow, the jug at night, the squirrel in the morning... A binoculars and a wildlife camera are used for nature observation.

Idyllic duplex apartment with private jetty

The duplex apartment is located directly on the picturesque Lake Teupitzer. The modern residential building was completed in 2017 and thus lives up to the highest housing standards. The apartment is characterized by the new furniture as well as the many light sources, which help to create a cozy atmosphere. Both floors have a wonderful view of the lake and are always flooded with sunlight through the large windows. SmartTV, two speakers and WiFi complete the Airbnb.

Our tiny house in the vegetable garden is fully equipped with dry toilet, shower and kitchenette. The car stands in the middle of the organic vegetable building "Gartenfreuden". Here you can enjoy the charm of country life. Although there is a private area to sit and relax, they can also spread out in the treehouse. From here you can explore the Spreewald by bike or Calauer Switzerland by foot. Calau Train Station is about 2.5 km away.

However, we are happy to greet our guests ourselves. The property is only for 2 people and not suitable for children. Deviations from the set minimum stay can be agreed upon via a request.
