You are welcome in my home! It's a well-maintained two-bedroom 1920 Craftsman house in a quiet, walkable neighborhood close to both Greenlake, the University of Washington, and Wallingford. I've got central A/C + Hepa, extremely comfortable Leesa beds, a 65 inch 4K flatscreen with YouTubeTV/Amazon, gigabit Wifi, a well-equipped kitchen, gas fireplace to get cozy and a fully-fenced backyard with hot tub grill and outdoor dining. Gorgeous Greenlake Private Suite. Big Soaker Tub!

You’ll love our place because it's very clean and cozy. Our central location is only blocks from the Roosevelt light rail station. Beautiful Greenlake and urban forest, Cowen Park, are both blocks away. Gorgeous coffee shops, award winning restaurants, PCC Co-op, Wholefoods, fresh tamales, pho, Thai, & Indian restaurants all within blocks. Beautiful and convenient location, one block from Olmsted designed Green Lake Park in a residential neighborhood. Restaurants and groceries are 2 blocks away. The University of Washington is less than 2 miles, downtown Seattle is a 12 minute drive, and major freeways are easily accessed but not seen or heard. There is free on street parking. Our studio apartment has a garden level private entrance, a fully equipped kitchen, queen bed, dining table and living area with pull out bed.

Half a block from Green Lake Park, this bright, charming, comfortable basement studio has its own private entrance and bathroom, as well as a dedicated off-street parking space. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, shops & outdoor activities in the vibrant, popular Green Lake neighborhood. (Plus, I use hypo-allergenic, fragrance-free detergents for linens and towels.) [As of November 2021, my cleaning team and I were fully vaccinated against Covid, too!]
