Cozy & quiet with big terrace & mountain views

The 50sqm apartment was put together with a lot of love to detail. The main living area has a fully equiped kitchen, a dinning area and a sleeper sofa. The bedroom and bath are seperate from the living area. Outside there is a terrace with a view on to the mountains. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, approximately 10 minutes walking distance to the village, 3 minutes to the ski-jumping stadium and 7 minutes to the Nebelhorn Ski Lift. There is enough space for skis, bikes, etc.

Lovingly and comfortably furnished, former artists' workshop on a spacious meadow property and in a great location with open views of Mount Ifen and the Gottesackerplateau. Best suited for 2 people or a family with small children. By car and public transport super accessible: the bus stop is in sight, a private parking in front of the house entrance. The Parsenn ski lift and the Wäldele-Egg cross-country ski trail are just a few metres away.

The idyllic apartment "Simis Hüs" is located between Sonthofen (3 km) and Oberstdorf (11 km) in the small village of Tiefenberg. In the room there is a fridge, kettle, coffee pad machine, microwave oven, smart TV and Wi-Fi. Skis, sledges, etc. can be parked in the basement. A parking space in the courtyard is reserved for you. Bed linen, wool blankets, towels and breakfast dishes are provided.
