Dating from 1762, this beautiful stone cottage is full of period features, beamed ceilings and a huge inglenook fireplace. Lovely rural hillside location in a courtyard setting, 2 miles from the main road along a country lane, but only 9 miles from Ruthin. Enjoy the lovely private garden, watch the birds or stargaze at night whilst sharing a bottle of wine in the 'Piggery'. Perfectly placed for all that North Wales has to offer. Luxury barn conversion attached to our house. Situated close to the A494 for easy access to Snowdonia National Park but set in an acre of gardens surrounded by open countryside . There is a hot tub and outdoor shower with an outdoor kitchen, BBQ, fire pit and pellet pizza oven. Underfloor heating throughout. Bedrooms have smart tv and 4g WiFi. The four poster room has en-suite shower room and the second bedroom (twin or super king) has access to bathroom with shower above. Thanks for looking .

When you book Tudor Cottage, you get: a woodburning, hilltop sauna with glass wall and fantastic views, parking onsite, a lake with Kayaks, rowing boat and log cabin? Fantastic walks from the doorstep? A chiminea in the garden with free logs? Table tennis, pool table and a Frisbee Golf course? You get all these things if you book Tudor Cottage. Yr Efail is situated in Llanfor a small village 3/4 of a mile from the market town of Bala. The property is a converted blacksmiths workshop were the owners family have worked since 1905. Recently renovated into a fully equipped self catering cottage. The property is single story providing easy access for all. Shops, restaurants and pubs are situated in Bala which you can reach by road or on foot along a footpath. We live in the village and available to recommend places to eat and visit.

Fantastic mountain walks straight from your door, including Arenig Fawr. The market town of Bala is a 10 min drive which has many shops, restaurants and cafes. Bala also has the largest natural lake in Wales - Llyn Tegid/Bala lake

Situated in the grounds of Caerau Gardens, a charming and unusual bolt hole for a couple to stay in. With under-floor heating, a Sauna and a full cinema system with pull down screen and a stunning audio system from Monitor Audio. The surroundings are wonderful, we even have a lake for fishing, swimming or perhaps kayaking. You may also be interested in Tyn Llyn. These two restored stone barns are a magical place to stay all year round providing a perfect base for exploring North Wales.
