Comfy bed, a table for two looking out at the big maple treetop (with a few hints of the ocean beyond), kitchenette has a bar sink, fridge for your leftovers/bevys, and a microwave to heat them up! It’s on the 3rd floor, so you’ll be getting your workout! Red chairs on the front yard are for guest use- enjoy the fresh air and ocean breeze! Very clean, bright space.

Ours is a 15 year old custom built cape on the Back River in Friendship. We have two bedrooms, sleeps four. Open and screened porches. Swimming is great! Sightseeing, shopping, restaurants within twenty minutes drive from this heavenly quiet spot. The Back River is tidal, meaning that at low tide, the river is dry. $50 Security deposit after March 1, 2021 Cleaning fee after November 1, 2017 will be $50.00.
