In bester Lage Tauchen Sie ein in ein lebendiges Berlin mit seinem typischen Flair und genießen Sie mitten im pulsierenden Kreuzberg ein stilvolles Zuhause auf Zeit direkt an der Spree. Das ruhig gelegene Appartement in einer ehemaligen Marmeladenfabrik wurde im Januar 2012 mit Liebe und sicherem Gespür für schönes Interieur eingerichtet. Entspannte Strandbars, szenige Clubs und gute Restaurants liegen um die Ecke. Unzählige echt Berliner Kneipen haben die ganze Nacht offen und für den Appetit zwischendurch gibt es Imbissbuden mit Döner, Pizza und hausgemachten Burgern erster Qualität. Fünf Minuten sind es bis zum Künstlerhaus Betanien, zehn Minuten bis zum „Badeschiff“, einem Schwimmbad mit auf der Spree schwimmendem Ponton, von dem aus Sie große vorbeifahrende Schiffe bewundern können. Schnell hin und weg Die Verkehrsanbindung ist perfekt. Sie haben 300 m bis zur U-Bahn, 800 m bis zur S-Bahn und erreichen in kürzester Zeit alle kulturellen Highlights und Zentren Berlins. Ihr Zuhause auf Zeit Das Appartement wurde mit sorgfältig gewählten Einzelstücken nach allen Regeln der Einrichtungskunst ausgestattet. Ein geheizter Boden aus Räuchereiche-Echtholz-Parkett bildet hierfür die passende – und barfußwarme – stilvolle Grundlage. Viele der Möbel stammen aus der Vorstandsetage einer ehemaligen Sauerkrautfabrik in Brandenburg – entdeckt von einem befreundeten Locationscout während der Dreharbeiten zu einem Filmprojekt. Für Komfort und Wohlgefühl stehen Ihnen ein großes helles Bad mit Badewanne und Dusche, eine Küche mit Induktionsherd, Mikrowelle, diversen Küchengeräten wie Wasserkocher etc. und eine praktische Waschmaschine zur Verfügung. Schnelles W-LAN und TV mit Kabelanschluss sorgen für schnelle Internetverbindung und gute Unterhaltung. Gleich unten im Hof gibt es zwei Spielplätze – wenn Sie mit Ihren Kindern kommen – und eine große Gemeinschaftsterrasse für alle mit Blick über die Spree. Ein guter Platz, um nach einem Tag in Berlin ein wenig die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Alle Räume sind geprägt von einer durchgängig großzügigen Gestaltung, die Klarheit schafft und Freiräume lässt. Die kunterbunten Bilder der Hausherrin, einer aus München stammenden Kunstmalerin und Illustratorin, machen gute Laune und schaffen eine künstlerisch inspirierte Atmosphäre. Hausgeschichten Das Haus in der Köpenicker Straße 10a hat eine lange Geschichte. Auf den Trockenwiesen der Kattundrucker und Wollfärber an der Spree wurde das Gebäude im Jahr 1911 im Jugendstil erbaut. Die Mieter dieser Zeit waren Handwerker, Kaufleute und Offiziere – in zweien der Quergebäude ließ sich die Helmut Aust Marmeladen-und Konservenfabrik GmbH nieder. Direkt hinter dem Gebäude bestand bereits seit 1817 die von Ernst von Pfuel gegründete Flussbadenanstalt, die erste Militärunterrichts- und Schwimmbadeanstalt Berlins, die bis 1933 fortbestand. Die Pfuel´sche Badeanstalt prägte das Bild aller weiteren Berliner Flussbäder, die auf Pfählen errichtet wurden und ein vor neugierigen Blicken geschütztes abgeschirmtes Wasserbecken besaßen. Über die Jahre wurde das Anwesen immer wieder modernisiert – vom ursprünglichen Charme der Gründungszeit ging dabei bis heute nichts verloren. Kreuzberg ist ein weitläufiger Stadtteil, in dem viele Studenten und Künstler wohnen. Hier findet man auch Secondhandläden, Street-Art, zwanglose Bars und Imbissstände. U12, Haltestelle Schlesisches Tor, mehrere Buslinien, S-Bahn Warschauer Str oder Ostbahnhof Die Wohnung befindet sich im Erdgeschoss eines begrünten Innenhofes, vor dem Apartment gibt es eine Bank für Raucher. Das Apartment verfügt über automatische Rolläden, sodass die Räume auf Wunsch komplett abgedunkelt werden können.

Beautiful Apartment Connected to an Art Gallery

This stunning minimalist-inspired home adds its own artistic flair to the decor by placing bold and exciting art pieces throughout every room. With hardwood floors and black and white fixtures, each space has an elegant charm and character. The gallery and apartment is owned by an artist, who designed the space to show his work. Guests will have access to the whole gallery, but for rent is only the private apartment adherent to the gallery, including a small kitchen, a combined living sleeping area with a loft style bathtub and attached separate bathroom with shower. The other sleeping area can be separated by movable walls and has an extra bathroom with shower and toilet as well. Guests also have access to the back yard until 10 pm. Our aim is, to welcome all our guests personally and show them around and help them getting started in Berlin. Since we are also living in Berlin we are happy to help if any difficulties occur during the stay. It's Mitte, means closed to all cultural attractions, shopping and nightlife, but still quiet and you don't feel like living in a "bar". I like to call it the "new quiet Mitte" since recently a lot of luxury apartment buildings were constructed next to existing architecture, so it's for Mitte a pretty quiet neighbourhood, but Gendarmenmarkt, Checkpoint Charlie, Alexanderplatz, Friedrichstraße are all within easy walking distance (10min) Subway station (U-Bhf) Spittelmarkt 2 min walk. Several busses 3 min walk at Leipziger Str. Walking distance to Gendarmenmarkt, Checkpoint Charlie, Alexanderplatz and Friedrichstraße about 10 min. You can only access your apartment through the gallery, which may be gently used by the artist. Your apartment is private and will during your stay not be accessed by us. Come stay in our beautiful and cozy apartment in trendy Neukölln. Berlin's new edgy district. The studio includes a beautiful open plan living room / fully equipped kitchen with a double bed with a comfy mattress, bare red brick walls, and 4 meter ceilings. Great location directly at the Bergmannkiez, this cute 37m² apartment is located in a quiet inner courtyard, on the basement level of an old Berlin style building. It has a separate bedroom with window to the courtyard & a king bed. The lounge room has a sofa bed for 2 also with a window to the courtyard. The bathroom is with shower and kitchen is fully equipped, plus there is a washing machine. Please note the shower is only 2m in height so not suited for rugby players or sumo wrestlers!

Ein ehemaliges Ladenlokal wurde ausgebaut zu einem Wohlfühl-Apartment mitten in Berlin Kreuzberg. Hofseitig, hell, begrünt und ruhig. Das Haus ist liebevoll saniert und hat eine nette Nachbarschaft. Die Umgebung bietet vielfältige und erlebnisreiche Straßen mit Restaurants, Cafes und kleinen Läden. Der Supermarkt gegenüber und ein "24h-Späti" versprechen kurze Einkaufswege. Es gibt eine sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung! (Potsdamer Platz, Hauptbahnhof, Mitte und andere Sehenswürdigkeiten)

Our accommodation is close to all the popular cafés and bars around the Bergmann- and Gräfekiez, as well as Kreuzkölln (Curry 36, Mustafas Gemüse Döner, Room 77). It is just as fast to walk on the Admiralbrücke, in the Hasenheide or at the Kottbusser Tor. Because of its central location and easy access to Neukölln, Mitte and Friedrichshain, the apartment will let you enjoy your stay in Berlin.
