Settle Down Farm is located on a 10 acre horse farm with a private entrance and parking. It is an entire apartment in the basement of our home. We are a short distance to downtown Middletown, the Appalachian Trail, Harpers Ferry, Frederick and even the DC metropolitan area is within driving distance. Many wineries, breweries and distilleries are located in the area. This is a semi-rural setting with it's own patio looking out over our horse fields. Note: there isn’t a separate thermostat
