Cala Deia. Best views in Mallorca

This is one of the few privileged villas in Cala Deia, located by the sea and with truly wonderful sea and mountain views. The rocky and pebble beach is only 50 meters away via a private path. Do not forget the jacuzzi with best views ever !! The place is astonishing all year round. Every single room has AC/heater. You will not find better views anywhere. Paradise exists and can be yours. It is also a trully amazing place for our very few neighbours so I am afraid no party people accepted. My family built the house when there were not even roads and they had to use boats and donkeys to carry everything over. Its is a magic place !!!!!! You will not find better views anywhere. Paradise exists and can be yours !!!!! There are two totally separated areas. Upstairs there are two rooms, shower and bathroom, living area and open kitchen and downstairs two rooms, shower and bathroom. I will provide the "must see" list of places of the area. We can organize VIP services for you such as Yachts, Vehicles, Chauffeur, Deep sea fishing, Guided cycle tours, Catering, Private Chef, Spa treatments, Entertainment bookings, Yoga and Pilates, Guided Hiking, scuba diving, helicopter flights.

Enchanting self contained accommodation, beautiful cobblestone street in quiet area, close to main square In Fornalutx having vibrant air with lively cafés, restaurants, general store and post office. Excellent condition on 2 floors. The ground floor consists of large living room with sofa, fully equipped kitchen with ALL appliances. Bedroom+bathroom also on the ground floor. Shabby Chic House in Fornalutx

Charming house located two minutes away from the village center. The house was built in 1922 by our ancestors who had emigrated to France years before and when coming back, they built pieces of art with multiple Art Nouveau reminiscenses. Consequently, the house offers a special atmosphere which combines the elegance of Modernism with the simplicity and warmth of a nowadays home. We are sure you will have a pleasant stay in our lovely home and will enjoy summer nights in the gorgeous patio.

Stunning loft style house 5 mins from the square

Sa Fabrica is a stunning house with a definite wow factor, it was once upon a time a textile factory, one of the largest in Soller. The garden and terraces offer ample space to enjoy or hide from the sun and the enormous bbq and seating space is ideal for scrumptious gatherings. The exceptionally tall ceilings make the house cool in the summer. The main living area is open plan, making it ideal for socialising, yet it is large enough to be able to find a quite spot to snooze or play in.

This flat is located in prime location with south exposure in Port de Sóller. It is on street level, without stairs, and easy parking in front of the house. It has been recently renovated, including a new kitchen and features a beautiful and clean oak laminate floor, A/C, new high quality windows and terrace doors made of teak wood with double glazing. A cozy and high quality apartment. From the terrace you have a wonderful view over the bay of Port de Sóller and the mountains.

Comfortable town house, fully furnished with 600mb high speed internet connection. Perfect family getaway, children welcome. A village house with a roof terrace with views across the valley. Push chair, baby cot, baby chair and bath are available. The house is close to the village centre and only 15 min away by car from the beach in the Port of Sollér. Very quiet and sunny setting. The village of Fornalutx has received several awards at the European level for its conservation with the environment. The cottage is located just 10-15 minutes from the sea and you can spend days on the beach in the port of Soller having all the activities you want. .It is located in the heart of the Sierra de Tramuntana therefore it is ideal starting point for hiking trails
