It has a well-equipped kitchen, large living room, spacious bathroom and comfortable beds, and is wonderfully peaceful after a day’s sightseeing in nearby Bath. It is within easy walking distance of the traditional country pub, ideal for a drink or a meal, and only a six minute walk to the train station (ten minutes to Bath), or the weekday bus to Bath.

Cosy entire guest suite & garden in small village

Welcome to our much loved home, ‘The Tea Barn’ as we like to call it. It was a self build project & hopefully shows all the love and pride we have put into it. We have added charm and character to the property, to provide for a cosy, relaxed get away! We are located in a small quiet village between the towns of Westbury & Trowbridge. The local pub 'The Royal Oak' is just a few steps away. We believe that this is a perfect base to travel from for days out, then back to relax in the small garden!

The cabin has beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. Countless walks start from the door and if you enjoy cycling we can provide numerous routes on country lanes. Historic Bath city centre is just eight miles away, with Bradford on Avon, Longleat and the artisan town of Frome even closer. The cabin is extremely comfortable, fully insulated and finished to a high standard, with a patio area and guests are free to sit by the pond and enjoy the wildlife. We also have two friendly cats.

Peaceful self-contained annex attached to owner's property. Easy strolling distance to The Kennet & Avon Canal, River Avon, open fields and Bradford-on-Avon town centre and all the amenities that the town offers. The accommodation provides a spacious wet room and and bed-sitting room which has a kitchenette area (2-ring induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, etc). There is a smart TV and free wifi. Access is via private entrance into courtyard area. Easy on-street parking adjacent.

Luxury stay in the country. A little romantic haven with a comfy 6ft bed, great shower room, luxury toiletries and stylish decor. Set in a 18th C. stone outbuilding, it is quiet and independent with car parking right outside and its own garden. No kitchen but a space where you can refrigerate & heat up food and make hot drinks. The Annexe Ashgrove Cottage Pipehouse Bath BA2 7UJ

A peaceful cottage for independent living, light, airy and in the country with plenty of secure parking. Pipehouse is a pretty hamlet and is ideally placed to discover Bath, the Cotswolds, Oxford, Longleat, Stonehenge, Salisbury, Stourhead, the Jurassic Coast, Wells and Cheddar. My husband is a qualified instructor and offers clay pigeon shooting. There is a 2 night minimum requirement at weekends (ie: Friday and Saturday or Saturday and Sunday) between 1st May and 2nd January each year.

This newly converted listed building is a beautiful large space, filled with air and light, and gently warmed by under floor heating. It has secure off-street parking, fast WiFi and its own work area. Only a 5 min walk to the historic town centre and 10 mins by train to the World Heritage City of Bath. Just a few steps from the K&A canal, river Avon, medieval tithe barn, atmospheric traditional pubs, quaint cafes and great restaurants. A comfortable base with so much to see and do.

New, modern space that lets in the sun! Great location for Bath, Bradford on Avon and the local countryside. This is a self-contained 'guest wing' as an annex to our own home with one double bedroom (kingsize bed), open plan sitting room and dining area, bathroom 'wet room', full kitchen and balcony overlooking the garden. You have your own private entrance with lockbox for the key but we are just next door if you need to ask us any advice or need to borrow any further amenities.

Train stations close by. 1 well behaved dog welcome (for 2 dogs please message first). Gardens back and front with table and chairs and a barbecue. Parking for 2 cars. Newly refurbished, self-contained room with private access and exclusive use of the back garden. The town centre and train station are a short walk making this the perfect location to explore the town itself, Bath & beyond. You will also benefit from onsite parking - rare with a property so close to town. We are very close to restaurants and cafes but the kitchen unit gives you the flexibility to cook at home if you want a cosy evening in!
