Try seven handcrafted moles coming directly from Oaxaca, all in a single experience. The tasting contains all the educational values of a Sommelier wine tasting and the space to ask all you want. The Mezcales that you will try are carefully selected as they differentiate the characteristics of the different Agaves: Espadin, Cuishe, Madre Cuishe, Tobala, Tepeztate, Jabali, and Papalometl. Mezcal and Mole was a great experience. Tim was our host/Mezcal Sommelier. We were greeted by him and his wife Jane with a delicious Tajin-rimmed mezcal cocktail. The beachfront veranda was beyond gorgeous. It was a truly magical setting. Tim clearly has a passion for Mezcal and we really enjoyed learning about the various species of agave and the distillation /production methods. He's a super affable guy and we had a great time! The mezcales were unique and nuanced and perfectly paired with delicious moles. I'd highly recommend this experience!

Tim is super knowledgeable about the mezcal and mole and the history behind it. A better understanding of the plants and uses and processes. Certainly a great experience.

Tim and his wife were amazing hosts. The location had a great atmosphere and vibe and Tim really went out of his way to make everyone feel comfortable, he even had cocktails waiting for us to drink while we waited for everyone to show up. Grace and I have had plenty of mezcal before so we didn’t expect to be as blown away as we were by all the flavors and tastes we tried, but would definitely recommend this experience to anyone new to mezcal or even an experienced mezcal drinker. Tim was knowledgeable and friendly throughout the tasting and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. We also opted to stay for dinner after the tasting which was delicious! So also thank you David for serving up all the delicious mole and taking care of us afterward during dinner.
