What you'll do

You and your group will join me on our family farm, meet our lovable, friendly sheep.

While there you will learn a bit about the animals, how to handle them safely, and then pick your sheep for a walk.

You will have a bit of time to bond with your new wooly friend by offering it some snacks and practice leading your sheep in an enclosed paddock. Once happy and confident, we will set off on a trek around our beautiful 110 acre farm. Whilst trekking you will be able to see some of our other farm animals, learn a bit about them and also learn about our farm and farming techniques.

The trek will be sheep paced and there will be plenty of opportunity for sheep selfies and cuddles!

We keep the groups small so that we can give you a truely authentic, unique and fun experience.

Small children will share a sheep with their adult (two leads attached) to ensure their safety and so that we don't have any runaway sheep.

Please ensure that there are no more than two children per adult.

Originally a Cornish lass, I moved to Somerset and fell in love with a farmer. Having had no previous experience of farming or farm life, it was a huge learning curve. Turns out, I absolutely love it! Especially our mischievous, friendly sheep!

Eight years later, married with two small children, I now have my own small flock.

I have trained the sheep to offer treks for visitors to our farm. They are all different breeds and sizes, super friendly, lovable and interactive.

This was such a lovely, unique experience! We had a great time exploring the beautiful fields and woods around the farm. The sheep were so funny and each had their own personality. So glad we decided to do this!

Me and my son had a great time at Tamsyns farm. She was a really great guide and made us feel very welcome and went out of her way to show my son the different parts of her farm which he loved. I would recommend to anyone looking to show there child farm life

We had a brilliant experience - something that wasn’t rushed, beautiful walk and made friends with our sheep as we went. Care and attention from Tamsin made the whole experience wonderful.

A fantastic experience with Tamsyn which the kids absolutely loved. Tamsyn was very friendly and the sheep were (mostly) well behaved. A great little experience with nature.

Myself and my boyfriend decided to book this experience. I love animals and never been up close and personal with sheep before, so this was something I really looked forward to....And it was a fantastic experience! I had a lovely sheep named "April" which I nicknamed "Sassy" because she would either lead me or I would lead her (if I had food in my hands!!) But April was a beautiful sheep with a gigantic personality. My boyfriend had the lovely, calm sheep named "Daisy". We also did get to meet the other sheep named Flop, Rolo, Justin TimberRam, Dude, Buddy, Laurie who again all had their own personalities and have been shown how to walk with their human friends. I would defo visit again and its given me a new perspective on sheep! :) p.s I now want a sheep or 2 as a pet :D

Had the most amazing time walking the sheep with Tamsyn! We also took detours to see the pigs, piglets and the cows. The sheep are absolutely hilarious and have so much personality which really made the experience.
