Great experience to cycle around with a local. Who had great knowledge of the area. Was able to answer my questions and keep me engaged. Helped me from a few near crashes. (Am not used to cycling around a city) That’s a testimony for his 5* service.

Even a basic tour of the town is not basic at all! Hans knows a lot of historical facts and anecdotes. I recommend without hesitation.

Hans is a great guy, very friendly, open, calm and reliable. He has great knowledge about the history of Amsterdam and is happy to give even more info if you are interested. We really enjoyed the bike ride through the city, it gave us a great orientation and feeling for Amsterdam on our first day. 10/10 would recommend!! :)

My boyfriend and I booked a private cycling tour with Hans, and we loved it! When we met Hans, he initially had brought a bike that was too tall for me (if you're shorter than ~5'10", let him know ahead of time). He brought us to a nearby bike park to change it out, and held my bike the whole time alongside his as we rode (a truly skilled cyclist!). From there on, the tour was smooth sailing. We felt like we saw a lot of Amsterdam and learned a lot about the history while seeing really interesting and famous sites. It was also a beautiful day. When the tour was over, Hans sent us a discount code to get canal cruise tickets for free that we could schedule at a time that was convenient for us. Thanks for a great tour, Hans!
