I am proud to continue the work of 6 generations of winemakers.
I also feel responsible for the management of an area where each vine reveals to us plowing many vestiges of the past millennia.
But my greatest passion is everyday work, in the vineyard and in the cellar.
I would talk to you about the history of the region, the remains discovered on the site (Gallo-Roman site, prehistoric objects, etc.), vines, winemaking (aging cellar of oak barrels).
We practice traditional agriculture respectful of the environment, we assure ourselves the transformation of our products and guarantee the development of healthy and natural food in the respect of the authentic flavors.
