Highly recommend as a introduction to chocolate making! Mara was a great host and gave really interesting information. I think I was expecting to get more hands on, and thus the 4*. Still, great chocolate, great experience. You can't go wrong with this.

This experience and Mara are both amazing! I learned so much about chocolate and making my own was super fun! Mara does an excellent job helping everyone out during the process and explaining the history of chocolate along with the different types. It was so interesting and fun, I highly recommend this experience!
