What you'll do

I will take you to explore one of the seven wonders of the modern world Chichen Itza in a unique experience. Before we will pass to the center of Valladolid and after knowing the archaeological site I will take you to know an authentic Mayan cenote, beauty of nature full of mysticism. At noon you will enjoy a delicious buffet of regional Mexican food with vegetarian options.

Once in Chichen Itza, we will walk through the observatory, the Temple of the Warriors and the Ball Court. And you will see the legendary Kukulcan Pyramid, also known as El Castillo, from the front, and I will tell you how during the equinox on a clear day, a snake slides down the stairs of the pyramid, which is actually a shadow created by the setting sun . You will live closely the mysteries of acoustics in its architecture, which to date are not fully understood. You will clearly hear a whisper 159 feet (46 meters) away on one of the platforms on the colossal ball court where the Maya played sports.

With this exclusive tour, your visit to Chichen Itza allows you to explore the archeological site in an exclusive and unique way!

READ THIS REVIEW BEFORE BOOKING: This is a tourist organization that you can book online at other websites- it’s not a local excursion that the description leads you to believe. You will be on a giant tour bus with at least 30 other tourists and will CONSTANTLY be solicited on the bus and tour to buy things and give more money. Here’s our experience: We showed up on time and couldn’t reach our “host” on Airbnb at all and it was a local meeting point for at least a dozen other tour busses, so we had no idea which one was ours. We finally reached the help desk on Airbnb (which was a tour company hotline) and they told us what bus to get on. We then went 3 hours to chichen itza and stopped for 30 minutes in Valladoid. When arriving you will get a random tour guide (who are actually pretty good) and you’ll stay for an hour. When leaving you go to eat at a buffet area where you’ll be given decent food, but when you get back on the bus our tour guide let a local get on and go seat to seat and ask us to buy his locally made alcohol. This is just one instance of our bus guide pressuring us to donate or give money to someone. At the end of the tour you will go in reverse fashion and drop all the other tourists off at their hotels before the bus takes you back to your pickup location.
