This tour was a wonderful combination of Thai food and culture. Ohm has extensive experience living and studying abroad, so his English is excellent. He's clearly a very intelligent and thoughtful person. He designed this tour to show people what Bangkok is like for locals. I eat Thai food a lot at home, but all the food he provided was new to me. He started the tour in the neighborhood where he grew up and currently lives, far from any other tourists. We visited a restaurant located on a canal, and had a beautiful view of the sunset. Then he gave us a quick tour of his local temple, giving us insight that we wouldn't have found on our own. The tuk-tuks transported us with ease from location to location, always reappearing right when/where we needed them. I was impressed with how organized the logistics were of the tour. We also stopped by Wat Pho (one of the most popular temple sites) at night when it was beautifully lit up and almost completely empty of tourists. This tour provides plenty of food to completely satisfy the hungriest of tourists, but also provides some very unique and memorable cultural experiences.

What an amazing experience!!! I genuinely hope the masses book this experience to actually see the real Bangkok. I received so much insight into the life’s of those born and bred in Thailand, the culture and the religion. The food was an extra cherry on top. Ohm was a sweetheart and I love how this helps his community, his assistant (the 16 yo) I do hope he has a future in this. Despite the language barrier he tried his upmost to make us feel comfortable and still conversed. All I can say is that this is the best tour you could ever book! If that doesn’t entice you then maybe travelling the entire tour by Tuk Tuk will. ;)

This was a great tour! We had great conversations, good food, best insight into the local culture we could have hoped for and an overall memorable evening. It kind of felt like we were let into a secret club that we otherwise would never have known existed. Choose these guys if you are looking for great local food and the experience to go with it. A tip though: this was a tour about eating local food and talking about Thai culture and society. We didn’t really get into the history and background of each dish that much. Of course the tour has been designed to be this way and we absolutely loved that, since we were looking for stories about people and life in Bangkok and Thailand and didn’t care much for info easily found on Wikipedia. Highly recommend this experience!

Ohm took us through his own neighborhood to show us what daily life is really like. We got to see places I would never know to even look, and to try food that only the locals eat. It was a wonderful experience!

What a tremendous experience. If you don’t go on this experience you’re doing yourself a disservice! Ohm and Esso were fantastic and I can’t say enough about both of them. They imparted lots of local knowledge and brought us to Ohm’s childhood neighborhood and showed us around. Completely local area with zero tourists that we would have never ever seen independently. The most beautiful part of Bangkok that I’ve seen. Highly recommend!
