What you'll do

We have upgraded our platform to a beautiful 2011 50 foot Jeanneau Sailboat that is absolutely gorgeous inside and out. We depart Mosquito Creek and motor out of Vancouver Harbour into Burrard Inlet. You will see Coal Harbour, Stanley Park and unique views of downtown from the water. Once we pass under the Lions Gate Bridge we'll set sail and enjoy stunning views of the Vancouver area, Passage and Bowen Islands, Point Atkinson, West Vancouver, Howe Sound and even Georgia Straight. Sit back and relax whilst we serve up a light snack and a selection of Beers, Ciders and assortment of alcoholic beverages as you enjoy the views of English Bay. We have water and pop available for the minors, tea and coffee as well. If you're the more adventurous type, we can put you to work and teach you the basics of how to sail, trimming the sails and even take the helm.

After 2.5 hours on the water pack up the sails and motor back to Mosquito Creek and the picturesque views of Coal Harbour.

We offer all kinds of other experiences if your looking for something overnight, something more private or don't see a date that works for your group. Please reach out and well do our best to create a unique and once in a lifetime experience!

We do not have a min # of guest required to run the experience and have a covered cockpit should we see showers. We only cancel due to unsafe conditions.

I have been living aboard full time for the past 7 years, sailing the Vancouver waterways for over 40 years. I have raced competitively for 20 of those, have extensive sailing and local knowledge, 11 years experience volunteering as a Coxswain with the Royal Canadian Marine Search and Rescue, have my Marine Advance First Aid Certificate and 4 other transport Canada certifications.

I have a passion for being on the water and love to share the experience with travelers from around the world to locals from Vancouver

Michal and I are a very friendly and outgoing couple with tons of stories to share and we absolutely love hearing the stories from our guest.

With COVID 19 we ask guest to bring a face covering for when in the cockpit. Will provide if needed. We will offer hand sanitizer and check temperatures of all guests.

The experience was great! John and Michal were so nice, had awesome stories to tell and they made everyone feel safe. You can tell that they love what they do. The boat is awesome and if you want to, they let you help them sail. Would totally recommend, so nice to see Vancouver from the water side!

I booked this experience for my mom's Birthday, here's her review: If sailing on a beautiful luxury yacht is on your bucket list, this is the experience for you! Chris and Michal are terrific hosts with great stories as you sail through the beautiful waters of Vancouver and beyond. Stunning scenery, good company, definitely not to be missed.

Chris & Michal are super chill hosts ready to guide you through an absolutely amazing day sail under Vancouver’s iconic Lions Gate Bridge and past great views of Stanley Park. Their spacious sailboat has full amenities including hot water on tap in the kitchen sink and a fully functional bathroom along with ample storage room for travel gear. There are many areas on the top deck to sit and enjoy the scenery along with a sun shaded snack bar which is a great spot to enjoy drinks. Once on the open water those adventurous enough to ask may just get a chance to grab the wheel and try their hand at the rudder - an unforgettable experience! This was my second trip and I highly recommend that you book a voyage aboard when passing through Vancouver.
