Shopping in the area within walking distance! Large furnished terrace with seating, parking available directly in front of the door. Parking space with charging corner for bicycles in the garage. Dog allowed upon request.

Enjoy the tranquility and idyll in our newly renovated apartment facing the Gutenstein Castle. From the living room and balcony you have a magnificent view of meadows, forest and fields, where gams, fox and rabbit still say good night. Gutenstein, the pearl in the upper Danube Valley, is located at 620 m, ideal for climbers, cyclists and canoes. There are wonderful hiking trails directly from the house, which also invite you to winter hikes. 5 km further in Langenhart at 720 m, cross-country skiing is possible

Our accommodation is located in Mühlheim a.d. Donau. Located in the middle of the Upper Danube Nature Park, it is the ideal start for diverse hikes. Cultural attractions such as the Benedictine monastery Beuron, the medieval monastery town of Campus Galli, Wildenstein Castle are among the excursion destinations in the region. For cyclists, the Danube infiltration or Sigmaringen can be reached conveniently via the Donauradtalweg, located at the house. A day at nearby Lake Constance is suitable for relaxation.

Dream apartment in former farm

Your holiday home on the Swabian Alb is located in a former farmhouse "Lerchenhof", which was completely renovated and converted in 2014. The apartment itself was lovingly decorated in mid-2016, is about 90 m ², fully furnished and stretches over two floors. It is actually quiet in the town of Erzingen, which belongs to Balingen, and with a very good connection to the B27.
