Ideally located between the lakes of Annecy and Le Bourget, our cottage is located at the entrance to the Bauges Nature Park. In summer, you will take advantage of the mountains and lakes for walks, hikes and swimming... In winter you will enjoy the joys of snow and gliding with two small family ski resorts nearby : Semnoz (30 min) and Margeriaz (40 min) as well as the plateau du Revard (40 min) for cross-country and hiking. One hour from here are the Aravis stations.

Wooden Tinyhouse, everything was handmade, from the structure to the furniture, with lots of reclaimed materials. Charming, sublime views of the mountains, in a field, with a large sofa,desk, large kitchen, bathroom, mezzanine with a bed and net to go to the terrace, on the roof of the house. Nordic bath/jacuzzi not included in the nightly rate. 25 mins from Annecy 20 mins from Aix les Bains 8 mins from the mountain of Cessens with sublime views of Lake Aix

L'Orée des Bauges, small cottage facing the mountains

Our independent chalet not overlooked, between lakes and mountains is ideal for nature-loving couples wishing to relax in peace, in an environment without treatment or restriction. The cottage is not suitable for children or infants. At an altitude of 650 m above sea level, the 180° view from the terrace is exceptional over the surrounding mountains. There are frequent raptors and other birds as well as large animals ( deer, deer ) depending on the season.

Large 32m2 studio on the garden floor of owners house. Independent entrance, quiet provided by the countryside environment (the house is facing fields), very pleasant view of the Semnoz mountain (famous spot for paragliders who can be seen passing over the house sincean landing area is 300 m away). This fully equipped studio, built-in cooked and bathroom with shower cabin, was completely renovated in 2016. It is perfect for 2 or 3 (1 couple with 1 child)

Very nice wooden chalet 50m2,near Annecy

The chalet is perfect for a couple or a family , ideally located between lakes and mountains and only 15 kms or so from Annecy and Aix-Les-Bains. The Bauges Massif offers lots of activities like cross-country and downhill skiing , biking or horse riding ….. You will take the most of a wonderful view on the Semnoz Mountain as well as the peacefulness of the village (Héry-Sur-Alby) , while being really close to the town and all its services.

Nice quiet and comfortable apartment on the first floor of my house in the heart of the countryside, it is ideally located near Annecy and Aix Les Bains, between lakes and mountains. A 30 min drive to the" Revard" and "Semnoz" resorts,two small ski resorts for a family glide. Mrs the professional in order to avoid any inconvenience on arrival, please check that the beds correspond to your needs and state the number of guests at the booking.

You are 15 minutes from Aix les Bains and 30 minutes from Annecy. 8 minutes by car, you have shops and restaurants in Grésy sur Aix . There is a fully equipped kitchenette with oven, microwave, fridge, hob , a Senseo coffee maker with soft pods,and a kettle .

The sheets are provided but we do not provide bath towels, be sure to take yours.
