Relax and enjoy the peace and tranquillity of this secluded coastal heaven. A pool and entertainment area, along with an all weather tennis court and squash court, for the exclusive use of residents and guests, are situated close to the main entrance. The Marina is the safest place to be. Access is through a single access controlled gateway and is restricted to residents and guests. There is also a 24 hour security patrol. THE HOUSE HAS SOLAR.

The spacious open plan living room and kitchen has a deck on the beachfront. The property is on the beach with 180 degree seaviews from all rooms. Another outside toilet and shower is available if required.Bedroom 2 has a handbasin. A maximum of 4 adults is allowed. There is double lockup garage.

Alistair House is almost on the beach! No driving needed to get to the beach. This is ideal for families that wants to relax on the beach. Long walks are possible with a interesting hiking trail. Boat cruises are a must with a visit to many game reserves. Addo Elephant Park is also in the area.. Boknes and Kenton-on-sea have great beaches too.
