Licence number VT-491946-A Check In: 3 pm Check out 11 am The house you will find in the heart of Altea's Old Quarter, Casco antiguo. The house has a magnificent sea view over the turquoise Mediterranean from our private terrace where you can enjoy a luxurious breakfast or romantic dinner. The house is an oasis where you can recover from a stressful everyday life despite being centrally located in the neighborhood.

Charming apartment with the perfect location of Altea, on the fifth floor where you fall asleep listening to the waves. Fantastic terrace, two bedrooms...l The beach two steps from home. It is very comfortable, renovated and with high speed WIFI 600Mb. Free parkings on train station. Every year we do maintenance and continuous improvement, renewing or buying new equipment for the home. J We have details with guests such as coffee, water and local fruits, oranges in November and Nísperos in May.

Die maximal Belegung sind zwei Personen plus ein Kleinkind (Kinderbett vorhanden). Neben der gut ausgestatteten Küche, Bad mit Dusche und Bidet und einer Veranda mit Blick zum direkt davor gelegenen großen Pool (5 x 10m), gibt es auch Smart- und SAT-TV und ausreichend schnelles Internet. - Haustiere sind vor Buchung anzufragen. In den Sommermonaten sind keine Tiere erlaubt! -

A lovely private place with enclosed garden

Fantastic casita in L’Alfas del Pi. "Casita Me Gusta" is part of a spacious villa with a lovely pool, various terraces and a private parking. The casita is nicely furnished and everything is on the ground floor. On the private terrace of 60m2(!) with the whole day of sun, you can enjoy the unobstructed views. A walk through the fenced garden and you will reach the pool! :-) Perfect base for cyclists, hikers and motorcyclists. Quiet, space and close to everything.

Gorgeous house, Old Town Altea with stunning view

An old townhouse, completely renovated into high standard, with stunning sea and mountain view from the 25 sqm large terrace. The house is just behind the busy "main road", Calle Miguel, in the Old Town, just a stone throw from the beautiful church at the church square. The house is fully stocked with all the kitchen supplies you need for making breakfast, lunch and dinner. On the terrace you'll find a dinner table with chairs, sun beds and a lounge sofa.
