A delightful garden studio double bed plus a small lounge, set on the sunny side of Waikawa at the top of the South Island of New Zealand. Waikawa is a microclimate very sheltered and peaceful, private outdoor living on the guest patio, BBQ, Sheep in the adjacent paddock, 5 minutes to the safe swimming beach, 4 minutes to the local marina, Jolly Roger Café bar. 8 minutes drive to Picton's shops, restaurants and ferry terminal. There are many bush walks. Karaka Point Maori Pa Site is four km .

Waikawa Waterfront self contained.

Any closer to the water and you would be in it! Quality well appointed studio. Super comfortable queen bed with high quality bedding. Modern bathroom with shower and toilet. Swim and fish off the deck. Mooring available directly in front of the unit. Filleting table to process your daily catch. Road access and close to multiple eateries and a good supermarket. Less than 10 minutes from Picton. Sleep with the waves lapping on the deck and the rumble of the ferry passing at the head of the bay.

Herd of Cows?! Quiet, comfortable and fun accommodation just 15 minutes walk through the picturesque Picton Marina to cafes, bars, shops, theatres, cruises and walking tracks. Free pickup and setdown from ferry may be available. Transfer from Blenheim by arrangement. Be warned......this great priced accommodation is probably nothing like you have ever stayed in previously. My folly and a labour of love! If you don't have a sense of humour or don't like cows.....don't book in! :-)
