The town of Baunei, despite being in the mountains , is very close to the sea, just 6 km from the village in fact is one of the most beautiful places in Sardinia PEDRA LONGA, with a beautiful sea surrounded by real mountains, emerald green water and depths inviting for lovers of snorkeling, swimming or underwater fishing. Just a few miles away, just 10 km away, there is the hamlet of Baunei by the sea, Santa Maria Navarrese, a summer residence of the Baunei residents and also a tourist destination for those who love the sea. The house is an old house in the historic center of Baunei, wisely renovated according to rules of rigorous recovery and enhancement of original environments and materials, but also in accordance with the most modern needs of comfort and convenience. The house is well suited to summer residence as it allows a stay just a few miles from the sea in a hilly environment, cool then in the evening and restful as it is far from the typical movement of the tourist areas of the sea. During the rest of the year, in spring, fall or winter, the stay in this house is ideal for those who want to explore the surrounding territory, full of natural beauty of all kinds, beautiful trails for mountain hiking enriched by the sea view, rock climbing routes, horseback riding, wine and food routes, mushroom collection, socio-cultural explorations etc. The house has a unique room, a living room with a kitchenette and a double bed. A modern and comfortable bathroom completes the apartment. A spiral staircase leads up to the beautiful terrace overlooking the valley and the old surrounding rooftops, the view of the valley is beautiful, the terrace is airy, but sheltered at the same time by the wind. On a sunny day, in all seasons, eating on this terrace is a real pleasure, surrounded by a beautiful view and the sounds of the country and nature at the same time. The house is equipped with everything, cozy and well furnished, the cost is really low and competitive with the seaside residences.

Wonderful house in a typical Sardinian style, decorated with soul and love. The house lives the charm of ancient and natural elements such as stone and wood that constitute the dominant elements in structure and in furniture. Great for a couple or a family/group of four. The house equipped with everything for comfortable rest. I suggest to my guests to rent a the small car, to avoid difficulty for passing the streets. However, the car is important for getting around.
