The rural area around, adjoining the beautiful spa town (Kurstadt) Bad Bentheim with its wonderful castle, invites you discover its many treasures on bike and hiking tours on many different routes. Still, it is easy to reach many nice destinations in the neighbouring country of Holland as well as in the Westfalian area around Münster with its countless castles and its beautiful landscape.

A detached, light-flooded house with a large garden awaits you, right on the edge of the forest, hillside location, very large south-facing terrace overlooking the fields, in a quiet location. Our house has been built in 2 levels. The living room, dining room (conservatory), and the large terrace are located on the lower level and with a height difference of 3 steps is the kitchen, the two small bedrooms, bathroom, utility room and the entrance.
