Het huisje biedt een intieme, eenvoudige en rustgevende retraite voor 2 personen. Gelegen aan open water in het uitgebreide recreatiegebied Spaarnwoude. Op nog geen 30 min. met de auto of trein van het centrum van Amsterdam en het strand. In het historische Haarlem ben je zelfs binnen 10 min. met de auto. Om de hoek ligt het schilderachtige Spaarndam voor een hapje en een drankje. Op nog geen 10 min. lopen is er ook een zwemmeertje. Geschikt voor stellen, solo-avonturiers en zakelijke reizigers.

A wonderful stay! The cottage by the water is located by various amenities. A nice shopping center. The train station is a 10 min walk, so you are in Amsterdam in 20 minutes and Zaanse Schans in 15 minutes. The Strand, Volendam and Alkmaar are all a short distance away. Breakfast must be taken care of by yourself, but for delicious sandwiches, you can contact the local baker, who is within walking distance. Upon arrival, you will find various drinks in the fridge. In short, a wonderful stay!

Ook beschikt het over een zonnig privé terrasje met een zitje. Er zijn twee fietsen die tijdens het verblijf als extra service gebruikt kunnen worden. A new built, cosy studio with your own entrance and terrace in the garden. Free parking, TV, WiFi, rainshower, toilet, mini fridge, microwave, cooking plate, cooker, Nespresso maker, free coffee and tea. Only 5 minutes walk to the trainstation with direct connection to the center of Haarlem 10 min. and the center Amsterdam only 30 min. Near the dunes for a beautiful walk or only 30 min. by FREE bikes! to the beach. Our place is a good starting point for a trip to the cities or the beach!

The peacefulness and space alone, along with the view of the North Sea Canal, gives you the feeling of freedom. And yet, close to the cities of Amsterdam, Haarlem and Alkmaar! Inside the house the cozy warm finish, with the luxury of home. in the garden the lovely garden room, with a cozy terrace roof and sleeping accommodation for those who can not go upstairs, there is a bunk bed for 3 guests outside a lovely spacious garden with a playground for the kids! with lots of farm animals.

Our studio is located in the center of the village of Driehuis, between IJmuiden and Santpoort, with many opportunities for cycling to the beach, sea, and dunes. The bus station is 2 minutes away, and the train station 8 minutes away from Amsterdam, Haarlem, and Alkmaar. The studio is located 10 minutes from the DFDS Seaways ferry ride from the IJuiden to New Castle............ a private studio near Amsterdam... A wonderful bike ride in the dunes . The studio has its own entrance .

Nice, new and private. A fully equipped ground-floor studio in a 150 year old riverside house. It has everything to make your stay comfortable. Nice living with a view on the Spaarne River, lovely boxspring bed, and a large bathroom with a rain shower. It's a 15-minute walk along the river to the city center, and you can do it in 5 minutes by bikes we provide. 20 min to Amsterdam by bus or train, 20 min to the beach bus/train, bike 30 min. It is 40 minutes from the airport.

Attractive holiday bungalow lots of privacy. We are happy to share our very large garden (2400 m2) with bridges and jetties with our guests. The holiday apartment is located 25 minutes by train from Amsterdam, near the beach and Zaanse Schans, near the cheese town of Alkmaar, near Schiphol. Your dog is also welcome, we ask 10 euros per night for that.
