The Tranquil Camper is located about 55 to 60 minutes from Guadalupe Peak/ Pine Springs visitor center, about 35-40 minutes from the visitor center for Carlsbad Caverns, about 9 minutes from Carlsbad's downtown area, and about 12 minutes from the Living Desert State Park. The Tranquil Camper is an older, well taken care of camper. This 2010 camper has a nice homey feel. One bedroom has a new queen sized bed. The back room has a twinsize bed and there is a twin size futon in the living room.

This home has wood floors. 1200sf. Front porch with seating overlooking flowers and fruit trees. Huge fenced-in back yard with 2 large trees and a fire pit with seating and a grill. Wine fridge. 2-car covered parking. Quiet neighborhood. Some board & video games for the kids. My husband and I are people that love life and people. We have put so much love into this home, I'm sure you will be comfortable! Also suitable for the fur babies!Check out the Blue binder for rules & points of interest!

Spacious open floor plan with 4-bedroom 2 bath located one block off 285. Centrally located 1/2 block from grocery store, CVS, restaurants and gas stations. This home is filled with my custom-made artwork that is for sale. I provide a variety of amenities for the entire family to enjoy. Spacious fenced backyard with a propane grill those who love to grill. There is plenty of room for the children to play. The Pecos River is just a few blocks away where you can enjoy the beach or water park.
