High-quality, lovingly & ecologically renovated apartment on the ground floor of a historic building (construction time ~1520) in a cul-de-sac in the middle of Fulda. Downtown is within walking distance in 3min. The apartment is high quality equipped with underfloor heating, solid wood floorboards, kitchen incl. Sink & oven, bathroom, music system & TV with satellite connection, Wi-Fi, washing machine, dryer. There is also an exit to the terrace or garden. Extra sofa bed in the living room - children welcome!

Our apartment is located on the edge of Alsfeld about 15 minutes walk from the train station, just as quickly as the Hessenhalle can be reached. The city centre is only 1.5 km away. In the immediate vicinity are shopping facilities which are easily accessible on foot. The historic old town, with its half-timbered houses and the beautiful market square invites you to stroll and dream. A central location in the motorway network (A5/A7) as well as a good connection to the B 62 and B 254 is available.

Dream time in half-timbered house

Dream time in the half-timbered house the newly renovated apartment is on the ground floor of an almost 300 year old half-timbered house in the Alsfeld old town. The walls, plastered with clay and living room, have a healthy space & feel-good climate. City center, parks, art and culture nearby. The view over nature and downtown with old church tower are a pleasure. Restaurants and shops can be reached within 2 minutes. When the weather is nice, you can enjoy a glass of wine in the yard with a view.

Lehne Dich zurück & entspanne... Unser Einraumappartement wurde ganz neu, nur mit natürlichen Baustoffen erstellt. Mit viel Liebe zum Detail wurden hier Naturschiefer & Eichenholz verarbeitet. Das hochwertige Interieur läd zum Relaxen ein. Hier, am Tor zum Vogelsberg befindet sich u.a. der Einstieg zum Vulkan Mountainbiketrail "Mühlental". Bike Ladestation direkt am Appartement. Danach ein Saunagang? Bei Interesse besteht die Möglichkeit eine Spritztour mit meinen US Oldies zu unternehmen ;-)

The little black one! In May 2018 renovated holiday home on the Musenberg. A beautifully landscaped farmer's garden welcomes the guests. The covered terrace invites you to enjoy outside. Our accommodation is located in the middle of Germany, close to Kassel and surrounded by nature. You will love them because of the heavenly tranquility, the little door in the woods and still only 20 km away to Kassel by car or tram. My place is good for couples, solo adventure seekers, families (with kids) and larger groups. Unless they are uncontrollable fighting dogs, animals are welcome and are very comfortable regularly.
